This post is the closest one to my heart as it is such a honor and pride to write about none other than THE Lebanese designer ELIE SAAB. Yes, I did say “THE” because there are many other lebanese designers emerging and making their mark among the A-list of hollywood celebrities and on the red carpet. E.g Reem Acra, Zuhair Mrad and others.

However, nobody quite catches the romanticism, the glamour and the elegance of Elie Saab couture.

It all started in 2002, when the infamous actress Halle Berry dazzled the Oscars with the amazing net and embroidery topped brown dress. It was voted the 8th greatest red carpet gown of all time.

10 years later, Elie Saab is more than a designer, he is becoming a brand..his new sensual perfume, and his ongoing majestic style on the runway season after season continues to inspire and give hope to all Lebanese artists which is a great wave for Lebanon.

Elie Saab’s delicate and detailed couture is an exceptional one and we shall see more of his talents as time pass..
